1. Your use of anything connected to Articley.com, our newsletter, our RSS feed or our website is completely at your own risk.
2. While Articley does not generally own the copyright to the articles found within our site, we do have permission for publishing them.
3. Articley.com reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions listed on this page or any other page at any time without prior warning.
4. When signing up, use your real name. Users sign with fake or company names will be removed.
5. If you registered at Articley, you give Articley the permission to send you emails such as your account information, article approval or rejection, newsletters and promotion letters.

Author Terms of Use

If you are an author and would like to publish your articles on Articley, please read carefully to avoid the rejection of your publish request.

1. You agree that you are the original author of each article that you submit. If you have hired a ghostwriter, then you have already agreed that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit. If you are hiring a ghost writer, we recommend this website.
2. There are no guarantees that your article will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is the sole discretion of Articley.com whether or not to include your article. If published, we reserve the right to remove any article at any time.
3. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your article if we find that it has been incorrectly classified.
4. By submitting your articles to Articley.com, you agree to allow us to:
   • Publish your article on Articley.com.
   • Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.
   • Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.
5. You agree that Articley.com is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your article to our sites and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work.
6. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box.
7. Please limit resource box links to 3 or fewer. Articles containing more than 3 links in the resource box will not be approved.
8. Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting. Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn’t meet this requirement.
9. You are allowed to add a maximum of 3 external links in your article. If you posted more than three external links, we will leave the first three links and remove the rest.
10. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.
11. Any kind of additional codes such as CSS and JavaScripts are not allowed.
12. Although you are the owner of the article, we have the right to modify, edit and/or change the title and/or article to what we see appropriate if necessary.
13. We are looking for high quality contents and articles. Articles that have been written by you and not copied from other web sites and resources. Do not waste your time and post junk because it will be rejected immediately.
14. Do not use space before and after title and article.
15. Article should be at least 450 words.
16. Do not write about yourself or your company within the article. This will be removed. You can write about yourself or your company in [ my profile ].
17. Do not skip lines.
18. Important! Do not post duplicate articles. We will NOT approve them. We carefully check each article for duplicates in other websites and article directories. We run your article through the DCD system “Duplicate Content Detector”. We hate plagiarism!
19. Be aware to use article spinners. They are not allowed here as well. We can detect these kind of articles.
20. You article must be unique. Each and every article goes through a content uniqueness test. If your article appears to be posted in different websites, it will be rejected.
21. Most articles are indexed at Google instantly. It is because Google likes our site because we do not approve duplicate contents.
22. Do not use broad titles such as “Business Cards” or “Health Care”.
23. Limit the number of characters in your title to a maximum of 45 characters. Articles with very long titles will be rejected automatically.

Comments Terms of Use

Articley loves our readers, and loves our readers’ comments. However, Articley is a private website, and we reserve the right to delete any comments we find offensive. We strive to maintain an atmosphere of free and open conversation, but inevitably, some posts on the site will spiral off into negative sniping and flame wars. When this happens, we delete all posts. If a commenter repeatedly abuses our comment policy, we delete all of their comments on every post on the site, and ban their IP address.

In order to make our comments useful and interesting, the following guidelines have been established for comment users:

• Do not post threatening, harassing, defamatory, or libelous material.
• Do not intentionally make false or misleading statements.
• Do not offer to sell or buy any product or service.
• Do not post material that infringes copyright.
• Do not post information that you know to be confidential or sensitive or otherwise in breach of the law.
• Keep all comments relevant to the particular subject.
• Do not post spam.
• All comments should be in English.
• Articley has the right to edit or delete any comment at any time.
• Articley will not accept responsibility for information posted in the Comments.
• Comments such as “Thank you” and “Useful information” will not be approved. Write an idea, opinion or argument.
• Do not use fake names when writing a comment.

If Articley receives notice that a comment post is not in keeping with these terms and conditions or the intended use of the comments, we reserve the right to remove that comment posting. The removal of any comment shall be solely at the discretion of Articley.

Please note that once you post a comment to one of our sites, it becomes part of the public conversation. Our policy is that we will not remove a user’s comments unless they are in violation of our Terms of Service, and we won’t remove them otherwise except in very extreme circumstances. So if you want to say something that you will later regret personally, it is advisable that you use a username that does not identify you. We cannot simply remove your comments because you have a change of heart about making them.
